In the time it takes to drive them where they want to go, taxi driver Jimmy meets an array of fascinating characters from street walkers, to the grieving and even those who change the lightbulbs on the tube tracks. In these brief conversations as he drives through the night, he gradually reveals significant aspects of his own life, and where he goes when there’s no one in the back seat of his cab.
