BOX OFFICE - 020 8670 3474
When is Box Office open?
The box office is open every Wednesday, and the night before a show opens, between 7pm and 9pm. It also opens an hour before a show starts on every night of its run.
How do I buy tickets?
Members can buy tickets whenever the box office is open, including the night of the show. Non-Members must have their tickets bought for them by a member at least 48 hours before a show.
How much do Tickets cost?
Members £6.00/Concessions £4.00
Guests £8.00/Concessions £5.00
We now accept payment by cash, cheque (when accompanied by a guarantee card), credit card or debit card.
Please note that tickets for A Slice of Saturday Night will be Members £7.00/concessions £5.00 and Guests £9.00/concessions £6
Can I reserve tickets?
Yes. You can reserve tickets either at the box office, or by phone (020 8670 3474). If the box office isn’t open, please leave a message on the answer phone and a member of the box-office team will call you to confirm your reservation/take payment. Now that we offer payment by card, we encourage members to pay for their tickets up front whenever possible.
The last ten tickets for a Bell show, and the last 10% for a Prompt Corner show (eg, the last 5 tickets for a show that seats 50) cannot be reserved, they must be paid for at the time of booking.
Reserved tickets not paid for within 15 minutes before the performance starts will be sold on. If you definitely attending, but running late, please call us to let us know and we will hold your ticket for you.
What is your refund policy?
Unwanted tickets will be refunded, on request, as long as we are notified by 7:45pm (or 15 minutes before the show starts for those that start at different times) that the ticket holder no longer wants them.
