The SLT Monthly Social – October

Our next monthly social will be on Wednesday, October 19 from 7.30pm. We return again to our trusty local The Hope for the next of our monthly socials in West Norwood. The SLT socials are informal gatherings that are open to everyone including non-members. Announcing the SLT 2017 Season

Theatre Committee are pleased to announce the 2017 productions in the period from January-August 2017. There will be an additional 5 plays which will be staged between September to December which will be announced once the rights have been confirmed. Restoration Project – Day One

It’s been a long time coming … but today the contractors who have been set with the task of restoring our Grade II listed Old Fire Station moved into the site at 8am this morning. Camelot Europe who have provided security for the building since last year handed over keys to Matthew Cox, Commercial Director of Ash Contacting Ltd. at 9am. Old Fire Station Restoration: Project Update

It was a massive blow to our restoration project when our initial contractors pulled out back in May within weeks of the building works to begin. SLT immediately rallied the troops and began a renewed fundraising push to raise an estimated shortfall of £150,000 to secure the future of our theatre.
