Benefits of Membership

Full Membership of SLT entitles you then to be as active as you choose within the theatre, whether you wish to act, work backstage, learn technical skills, get involved with the bar and social side, or simply use the place as a member of the audience. This will also entitle you to our monthly magazine which gives details of forthcoming shows, auditions, social events, workshops, etc.

Alternatively Audience Membership entitles you to view any of our productions at members' prices and receive a monthly copy of the magazine in order to keep abreast of future attractions. Only Full Members however are entitled to take part in productions

Full Membership costs £30 for a year or £15 for concessions. Audience Membership costs £10 for a year.

The South London Theatre is a private members club. Tickets can only be bought by members and their guests. Tickets/membership must be applied for 48 hours in advance of the performance you wish to attend.

How to Join

If you would like to become a member of SLT it is recommended that you pop down to the theatre any Wednesday night between 8.00 and 10.00 where a representative of the membership department will be available to give you a tour of the theatre and to answer any queries you may have over a free drink in the members' club bar. You may wish to print a copy of our membership application form and bring it with you in order to save time on the night but if you are not sure we will have plenty available.

The Members' Club

The Member's Club is the social heart of SLT. All Full Members of SLT automatically become members of the Members' Club and are entitled to full use of its facilities. This includes a very cheap bar (where else can you get a glass of very decent wine for £1.50 in London) which is open seven nights a week and on selected Sunday lunchtimes.

The Members' Club Committee regularly host a variety of social events such as parties, quiz nights and even an annual Casino Night. Check the Members' Club Page for further details.
