How To Disappear Completely And Never Be Found
by Fin Kennedy
Director: Barry Heselden
Performances: November 5-9, 2019
First rehearsal: September 1, 2019
Charlie is at breaking point and something needs to change. He embarks on a crazy journey to change the only thing he can, himself. Along the way he encounters a fortune teller, a priest, a pathologist and lots and lots of lost property.
Callbacks, if required, will be on Sunday August 18 at 11.45am.
Charlie/Adam Age 29 – young marketing executive. Successful, full of his own importance, bit untimely, lost and on the edge of oblivion
Sophie Age 28-35 – a pathologist on a mission to uncover the truth and hopefully find her missing father
The following three actors play several parts and ages
Man Age 30+ – plays eight parts including American client, Eric & Danny (Charlie’s work colleagues), landlord, drug dealer (threatening but with a heart), priest
Older man Age 40+ – plays seven parts including Tube man (seen it all), Mike (a central part, caring but with an edge), American client, Robert (Charlie’s boss)
Woman Age 30+ – plays 12 parts including Ellie (Charlie’s work colleague), company doctor (officious), nurse, fortune teller
We hope the audition process will be fun and we may ask people to read various parts not just as per the splits shown here.
If you are interested, please fill in an audition form and bring it with you on the day.
Any questions please email the director, Barry.
