There's a list on the backstage notice board of uses for gaffer tape. Oh the embarrassment of trying to explain some of the more *ahem* interesting ones to the younger members of the workshop. Particularly the one about makeshift condoms.

Jamit... if you wrappped yourself in le Gaff, sure: you'd be hard to see, but boy would you make alot of noise when you moved.
