Kafka's Dick by Alan Bennett
Directed by Lisa Thomas
Performances: Tuesday 20th - Saturday 24th November 2007, Prompt Corner
Kafka's Dick is a rather good play about the nature of fame and how reputations are made - and also a bit about fathers and sons (and tortoises). It's funny and thought-provoking with some terrific parts which are as follows:
KAFKA - Jon Creighton
BROD - Dave Hollander
LINDA - Caroline Doyle
SYDNEY - Matthew Lyne
FATHER - David Edmunds
HERMANN K - Alan Brown
JULIE - Joanna Hughes
TORTOISE - Himself
