Casting – A Servant To Two Masters

The Old Fire Station’s Heritage On Tour

This week SLT member Jeanette Hoile took the Old Fire Station on tour and gave a talk to the Phoenix Community Association in Crystal Palace about its many lives and fascinating heritage. The talk, which ran for 45 minutes including some eager questions from the floor, went down a storm and many of the audience members were intrigued by the fire station and the South London Theatre which has saved the building with the help of the Heritage Lottery. Youth Group Production 2018 Announcement

We are delighted to announce that His Dark Materials, adapted by Nicholas Wright from Philip Pullman’s much loved trilogy, will be performed by SLT Youth Theatre from March 20-24, 2018, directed by Peter Stevens and Siobhán Campbell. Lambeth For Borough Of Culture

The Mayor of London has launched a competition for London boroughs to bid for a Year of Culture. The competition will fund a game changing cultural programme. The winning Borough will receive over £1million funding to stage a programme of world class cultural events and initiatives.
