Update from Building Preservation Trust (BPT)

Two of our long standing trustees stepped down at our BPT AGM held on the 29th of December. Carole was our main liaison with the contractors […]

SLT in the Community

By being #HereForCulture, we aren’t just supporting the people in the industry, we’re also supporting communities across the country. Here’s just a few of our community highlights over the Christmas period.  The FEST Norwood team put together a whole host of activities throughout December, including Christmas crafts with Jennifer Nettles. 50 packs of craft materials were sent out to local families using […]

Update on Spring 2021 Production Submissions

New submissions deadline: 21 February 2021 We’ve received a number of submissions for spring 2021 which we’re in the process of considering. Thanks to all of you who’ve submitted so far. Currently we still can’t be certain of what 2021 will bring in the way of restrictions which will determine the way we rehearse and stage our shows. Happy Christmas

Hello everyone, I just wanted to take this opportunity to wish you all a very Happy Christmas and thank all our members, volunteers, performers, makers, builders and organisers for everything they’ve done this year. It’s been a difficult one in so many ways, and it’s so sad for us to be dark at what is usually such a joyous time of the year. But we should also remember the good things that we managed to achieve against all the odds. […]

Tier We Go Again

It’s with a heavy heart we close our Theatre doors once more, as London is placed in Tier 3. As difficult as this is, we understand the need to play our part in keeping our community safe. We want to thank our wonderful Grimm Tales cast & crew, our army of volunteers and the audiences who’ve joined us over the last week. We hope we’ve managed to bring some Christmas Cheer in an otherwise bleak year.  We’ve decided to move […]
