Casting: Accidental Death of an Anarchist

On some of the hottest days of the year so far, almost 50 people turned out to audition for this classic savage comedy by Dario Fo and Franca Rame, in Tom Basden’s exhilarating new version. It was terrific to see so many enthusiastic people eager to be involved with keen competition for all the roles, and there were difficult choices for me and assistant director Jo Boniface. After extensive callbacks (including Alan Walker leading us all in singing several rounds of the rousing anti-fascist anthem Bella Ciao that's key to the show), we're delighted to announce the following cast.
