Casting: Come From Away

Director Lily Ann Green introduces her cast for this multi-award winning musical telling the heartwarming true story of a small town in Newfoundland that came together when the 9/11 terrorist attacks shook the world.
I am so happy to be able to announce my complete cast for Come From Away. I had over 65 people audition over 3 days and 6 sessions (although 80 had signed up!) I had very difficult decisions, and could have cast some roles so many times over; even, unusually, the male roles.
I want to thank everyone who did come in – especially those who came again for call-backs. I realise it was nerve-wracking to sing in front of strangers, although we’d already broken the ice by dancing together! We had a lot of fun, giggles and my AD Stephan and I both had sleepless nights trying to make the final decisions. But we have a really fun ensemble with a good mix of familiar, newish and brand-new faces.
