A successful Yard Sale

On Sunday 5 July we held a Yard Sale to raise vital funds for our theatre and make some much-needed space in our stores.

Boosted by increased footfall from West Norwood Feast and blessed with good weather, we’re pleased to say we were able to raise over £750 and find loving new homes for many props, costumes, books and furniture pieces among customers from our local community. We also had one intrepid customer who travelled from north London and happily queued while we set up our stalls, before seeking out a bumper bundle of our colourful costumes for her own theatrical projects.

A huge thanks to all who came to set up, sell and pack away the yard sale including Cal Beckett, Jenny Bennett, Lynsey Davies, Carole Ironside, Lisa Thomas, Jess Osorio, Alistair Simpson, Mark Ireson, Dennis Fenton, Phil Gammon, Dita Rosted, Lorraine Spenceley, Nancy Stapleton, Stephen Hayward and Craig Norman.
