Characters:

Bruce - Male - Early-Mid 30s: Our leading man but definitely not in the traditional sense! Bruce is in therapy and he's an impulsive, emotional divorcee with no filter looking for love. Did I mention that he has been living with his male lover, Bob, for a year now? That hasn't stopped him putting an ad out in the paper where he meets Prudence.

Prudence - Female - 29-32: Our leading lady who is a well-established journalist, cat-loving independent woman looking for her next step under the unhelpful guidance of her psychologist Dr. Stuart. Prudence is a reserved woman but alas a closeted romantic who doesn't really know what she wants, but is brave enough to give anything a go.

Stuart - Male - Mid 30s: AKA Dr. Stuart Framingham. AKA Prudence's psychologist. AKA Prudence's ex 'hook up'. Stuart is one of the lads, very masculine and could even be described as a bit of a bully - but alas we all need his brutal honesty sometimes.

Charlotte - Female - Late 30s-Early 40s: Mrs. Charlotte Wallace is Bruce's unconventional, erratic therapist who works with alternative methods. This is a high-energy role and can be likened to Shakespeare's Fool - she is the speaker of the truth

Bob - Male - Mid 20s: Lovely Bob has been living with Bruce for 1 year and he is an incredibly passionate but protective man. A complete Mama's Boy but alas, head over heels for Bruce and will do what it takes to stay with him. Think of a combo of Robin Williams and Nathan Lane in 'The Birdcage'

Andrew - Male - Mid-Early 20s : Andrew seems to be only waiter at the Restaurant. He too is a patient of Mrs. Wallace so has his issues, but he's young, fun and rides a motorbike - gorgeous.
