A warm, witty and joyful festive comedy packed with twisted Christmas carols, in which adults brilliantly recreate the triumphs, tantrums and tiny dramas of a group of seven-year-olds preparing their school nativity.
Last staged at SLT over a decade ago, we're buzzing with festive excitement to stage once again Tim Firth's Christmassy comedy, so full of character, humour, acute observation, but above all, heart. Amongst the chaos and calamity of a class of 7-year-olds putting on a nativity play, we will see the power of love, the pain of exclusion and neglect, the true size of a stick insect and just what it takes to push Mrs Horrocks over the edge.
