Ahir Shah's sharp, intellectual brand of stand-up features a blend of philosophical inquiry, political vigour, and sweet gags. His most recent show, ENDS won the 2023 Edinburgh Comedy Award for Best Show. It's about family, immigration, marriage, sacrifice, history, politics, and beans. It has been released on Netflix and helped transform him to an international star.

Shah's shows CONTROL and DUFFER were both nominated for Best Show at the 2017 and 2018 Edinburgh Fringe Festivals. His 2019 show, DOTS, was filmed at London's Vaudeville Theatre for HBOMax. He has performed multiple sold-out runs in London's West End and toured nationally and internationally in Europe, Australia and India.
