SLT EGM 2024 & Members’ Club 50th AGM – Update

Following the announcement of the SLTC Extraordinary General Meeting and the 50th Members’ Club Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held on Saturday 11th May 2023 at 6pm.

The resolution for the Extraordinary General Meeting has now been published, a summary of the changes, together with links to the governing documents can be found here.

The meetings will be held in person, but an electronic vote for the SLTC EGM has also been sent to your membership email address, should you wish to vote for the resolution online. Your participation remains as vital as ever.

Just as a reminder Members’ Club committee posts for election are genuinely open to competition and we truly welcome lots of nominations for these important roles.

Following the Members’ Club AGM, the committee invite all members to join them for a party in the bar to celebrate the Club’s 50th anniversary.

Whilst we would wish as many of you as possible to attend the meetings in person, if you are unable to you may submit a proxy form which will be available on the on the Members’ Club AGM page shortly, so that your vote still counts.

You may also submit any resolutions that you wish to be considered at the Members Club AGM by the 4th May at the latest. These will also be published or posted in advance.
