SLT Annual General Meeting

We are delighted to announce the details for the 58th SLTC AGM, which will be held on Sunday 14 September 2025.

 

More details of the meeting, including how to apply to be a trustee, or nominate a proxy if you are unable to attend, are on the website here.

 

Applications for Trustees and submissions of resolutions both closed on 29th August. We will share the details of everyone who has applied for trustee roles and any resolutions.

 

Having a strong Board of Trustees who care about our theatre is going to be essential. We are a member-led organisation and are reliant on members putting themselves forward to help run the place. Without the trustees we won’t have a theatre.

Whilst we would wish as many of you as possible to attend the AGM in person, we will be providing the option of submitting a proxy form for someone else to vote on your behalf.

Formal notice of the AGM has also been issued to the membership via email.
