Buying tickets
How to buy
Wherever possible, please book tickets in advance at TicketSource. Tickets go on sale at least one month before a show opens and we'd advise you book early to avoid disappointment. We’re always very grateful for donations, so If you wish to donate to our theatre, you’ll have the opportunity to do so at checkout
Online booking for same day performances stops 90 minutes before the show begins. We’re able to sell tickets on the door (credit/debit card only) if the show isn’t sold out, but please arrive at least half an hour before the show starts if you need to buy on the night.

Sold-out Shows
For sold-out shows, it's worth posting on our Facebook pages if you need a ticket or have one to sell on. There is an online waiting list, and this will be used to email people if tickets become available before the day of the show. On the night of a sold out show, the box office volunteer will collate a separate manual list of anyone that presents themselves waiting for a ticket. We will then sell tickets on a first come first serve basis when we are advised of anyone who is not attending that performance.
Passing your ticket onto a friend
If you sell or pass a ticket you have bought on to anyone else, please remember to notify the Box Office in advance, as your name will be on our attendance list. Just email us on boxoffice@southlondontheatre.co.uks
Exchanges & Refunds
If you need to exchange your ticket/s for another night, please email us on boxoffice@southlondontheatre.co.ukas soon as possible. Alternatively follow the manage my booking link on your ticket. Under most circumstances we’re unable to refund tickets, but we're happy to exchange your tickets for another show or performance if you find you can't make the one you've booked. In the event of us having to postpone or cancel a show, you'll receive a full refund.
Having problems booking?
TicketSource now offer a free telephone box office and their number is 0333 666 3366.
Alternatively, email us on boxoffice@southlondontheatre.co.uks or call 020 3757 6111 to leave a message or request a call back, supplying your name, a contact number and ticket requirements. Please allow us a little time to get back to you as the box office is staffed by volunteers at limited times.
If you're an SLT member and you're having any difficulties booking member tickets, please check first of all that your membership hasn't expired. If it's still valid, then please contact us with your membership number.

Become a Supporter
If you or someone you know would enjoy supporting SLT and seeing our shows, but perhaps wouldn't wish to get involved in participating or volunteering, you can join our Supporter Circle. This affords you ticket discounts which are ideal for anyone who visits us to see shows twice or more in a year.
