South London Theatre Centre Ltd AGM

Notice is hereby given that the 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the South London Theatre Centre Ltd will be held at 8pm on Monday 6th June 2022, followed by the Member’s Club 48th AGM, for the following purposes:

- Approve the minutes of the 54th AGM
- To receive the report of the Theatre representatives for the current season
- To receive the report of the Directors and accept the accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021, along with the report of the auditors
- To elect members of General Council (see below)
- To appoint the auditors
- To consider and, if thought fit, pass any resolutions (see below)

Subject to government guidance and any ongoing restrictions on public gatherings during the current COVID-19 pandemic, the AGM will be held in person, with the opportunity for people to join via Zoom.

As used over the last two years, we will use software for anonymous online voting, in the event of competition for posts. If you are unable to attend, or use the online voting software, please complete a proxy form and send to the General Secretary. Videos and transcripts of speeches of nominations will be online and/or posted from 22nd May. See further information below on elections and proxies.

If you have been a full member for 6 months you are eligible to stand for election or nominate a candidate.

To stand for election please download and complete the above nomination form and email or post to General Secretary Fiona Daffern, The Old Fire Station, 2a Norwood High Street, London, SE27 9NS by 18th May 2022.

Please also submit a 2-minute video of why you wish to stand plus a transcript of your speech and submit with your nomination. If you are unable to produce a video, please submit a two-minute written speech in support of your nomination. Videos will be posted on the SLT website from 22nd May 2022 and transcripts of all speeches posted to anyone who does not have access to the internet, on request. If you wish for a transcript to be posted to you please contact the General Secretary.

Resolutions

Any member may submit a resolution for consideration by the AGM. Any possible amendments to our rules must be notified to all members.

Proxies

A member entitled to vote may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his/her place. The proxy must be a full member.

Notice is hereby given that the 48th Annual General Meeting of the SLTC Members' Club will be held on Monday, 6th June 2022 following the completion of the SLTC Ltd Annual General meeting starting at 8pm, for the following purposes:

- To approve the minutes of the 47th AGM
- To receive the report of the Bar Committee
- To receive the accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021
- To elect members to Bar Committee (see below)
- To consider and, if thought fit, pass any resolutions (see below)
