SLT EGM 2024 & Members’ Club 50th AGM

Announcing the details for the SLTC Extraordinary General Meeting and the 50th Members’ Club Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held on Saturday 11th May 2023 at 6pm.

This year will be slightly different as we are looking to get approval for a change in the SLTC  structure, in preparation for an AGM that will happen later this year.

Nominations and election of the posts for the Members’ Club committee will continue as usual.

The meetings will be held in person. Your participation remains as vital as ever.

All Members’ Club committee posts for election are genuinely open to competition and we truly welcome lots of nominations for these important roles.

Following the Members’ Club AGM, the committee invite all members to join them for a party in the bar to celebrate the Club’s 50th anniversary. More details will be shared soon.

Whilst we would wish as many of you as possible to attend the meetings in person, if you are unable to you may submit a proxy form so that your vote still counts. Links to these will appear on the meeting pages nearer the date.

You may also submit any resolutions that you wish to be considered at either the SLT EGM or the members club AGM. These will also be published or posted in advance.
