Below you should find the minutes from meetings of the Executive: The committee teams which have run SLT day-to-day since 2025. Minutes are only posted on this page once they have been approved by the committees, (or the SLT membership in the case of General Meetings) so you may not see the current month's minutes until their approval at the following month's meeting. General meeting minutes are approved by the membership at the following General Meeting, so these may not appear for up to 12 months, with Draft Minutes being in place until approval.

2025

2025 represented a period of flux for SLT governance as we made the change from a single board of trustees who were also in charge of decision-making (General Council) to the two-tier structure of Trustee Board and Executive.

2024

In 2024 and prior, the structure of SLT governance was different and executive decisions were made by a committee made up largely of trustees, which was known as General Council, (GC.) Executive meetings to replace GC did not begin immediately, while the executive teams were being formed, hence the lack of minutes for the second half of 2024.
